1. Download NetBeans IDE
Open your web browser
Click URL: https://dlcdn.apache.org/netbeans/netbeans/12.0/Apache-NetBeans-12.0-bin-windows-x64.exe
Save the EXE file to disk

2. Install NetBeans IDE
Double click to run the download file Just follow the prompt in Installer window
